Private: WellBeam iOS

The app’s idea was to revamp the communication between two large entities: hospitals and care providers. We developed the app that turned this convoluted process into a simple digital platform where medical information is stored, accessed, and filled by doctors. It helps doctors, hospital administrative workers, and care agents to avoid fuss, queuing, and paperwork.

Available on both the iOS and web platforms, WellBeam is the place for creating medical records for discharged patients that need extra therapy. Our developers enabled digital signatures for uploaded documents that become instantly available for caring doctors. What’s more, we created chat functionality for keeping every member of the process in touch, allowing us to make adjustments amid the postoperative period.

By using DocuSign API, the application eliminated the need for fax interaction and enabled easy eSign signatures that made communication secure and snappy.

We made the product HIPAA-compliant by implementing its core features into the app architecture and adding personal data encryption to facilitate the app certification for the customer.
