Private: ThoughtNav

ThoughtNav is an example of forum’s modernization implemented by our team. The customer requested to expand user features and simplify admin’s work with the forum. Thus, we added some features which improved functionality of the client side:

• added an option of viewing hidden password characters;
• voting and validation for voting;
• option of image and video uploading;
• notification about successful upload;
• live chat;
• added support of Spanish and Chinese languages.

For the admin’s side we installed a text editor, added ability to view email history, simplified the work with topics and enabled sorting users by name or group. This simple but important usability greatly improved user experience with the forum.
