BluePrint is a custom CRM solution that enables a Fintech company to automate its lead management workflows and effectively distribute the information on leads across the nationwide network of user accounts. The application integrates with external systems and offers several options to seamlessly import lead data from them.

The BluePrint app features interactive user dashboards and spreadsheets enabling users to oversee and manage leads with attached to them information in a few clicks. The app provides the customer’s sales executives with insights on the up-to-the-minute leads through configurable lead reports.

Challenge

The customer, a Fintech company in the insurance market, operating a vast multi-level partner network of agents scattered all over the U.S., needed a scalable user-friendly solution that implements a set of lead management features designed to enhance lead data interoperability and visibility. The CRM app is to enable integration with customer’s basic lead data storage and other external systems. 

The customer’s existing lead data storage is used to aggregate lead information from multiple sources, process and transform it for further distribution among customer’s senior sales executives who, in turn, assign them down the levels of the partner network. Lead distribution, updates, searches, and reporting required much manual effort and excessive time restraining the overall business performance.  

The customer came up with an idea of creating a standalone application providing the desirable functionality, automation, and scalability. The solution must expedite lead data processing, upgrade and streamline the workflows while simplifying lead management operation. 

Solution

The ABCloudz developers built an innovative CRM solution tailored to the customer’s needs and future-state vision. 

We implemented three options to upload lead data to the system: integration with the customer’s external storages through Rest API, manual upload of lead-associated files, and bulk upload of large lead datasets that are automatically extracted, transformed, and spread across the parent folders where they are automatically appended to leads with an AWS Lambda custom script 

We created a secure, highly available data store system based on PostgreSQL database spun up in a container architecture deployed with Kubernetes.  

Our frontend developers engineered interactive user dashboards and spreadsheets providing the customer’s sales executives with detailed lead information and sales insights.

Results

The ABCloudz team built a nifty customer-tailored CRM solution designed to streamline and propel lead management processes while enhancing the operational landscape for the customer’s sales force with the extended functionality. The customer’s sales executives and agents are enabled to retrieve, manage, and update lead information with a few clicks.

The lead data is stored to a well-structured, secure, and regularly backed-up cloud storage empowered with cost-efficiency and flexibility of AWS. The system enables two types of reports: one provides a panoramic view of the lead management workflows along with the distribution of leads across user accounts, whereas the other one displays detailed information on leads including contact details, and locations.
